EMMAUS INDIA Bible Correspondence School

EMMAUS Bible Correspondence School started in 1942 as a non – denominational in outreach to study the Word of God in a systematic way.

With the purpose of encouraging and equipping fellow believers to study the Word of God three brethren named Dr. R. E. Harlow, John Smart and Earnest Tatham started an evening Bible class in Toronto, Canada.  This eventually led them to start a Bible correspondence course.

From that humble beginning, it has now grown to become the largest, Bible-based Correspondence School in the world.

Presently more than 110 countries in 125 languages this Bible correspondence course is being distributed.

These courses (lessons) are distributed from 1200+ centers.  And it is estimated that about twenty million courses have been distributed around the world.
